casting speed bug

hi, i 've just noticed my casting speed has decreased from 0.8 to 0.9, wearing the same gearm cc mace 8% CS and scc chain gloves with 7% CS, I swear I had a CS of 0.8. how's possible?

8% casting and 9% casting maces used to have the came cast speed here.
probably it got fixed = )

 

I have vasharti for pve 9% but for pvp i use CC mace which has 8%, as I said, I had 0.8 with both maces.... + gloves 7%

 

The game rounds up for the figures in the stats window. Anything that is 0.05 to 0.09 will be rounded to 0.1. Since your gloves is 0.07 and your mace is 0.08, that means 0.15 reduction. 0.85 cast speed after rounding it becomes 0.9.

 

yes but with the same items i had 0.8 idk why.... if I equip just the mace i have 0.9 but, with gloves equipped as well, I always get 0.9.... even though I have 7% more from the gloves, am I supposed to get the same speed as If I were using just the mace?

 

Like I said, it is just the stats window rounding the numbers off.

Mace Alone (0.08) = 0.92
Glove Alone (0.07) = 0.93
Mace(0.08) + Glove(0.07) = 0.85
All of these will DISPLAY 0.9

Note the important word "display", the cast speed actually does change (to 0.85 with both equipped) despite what is shown.

You'll know what I mean when you remove all equipments and just use a title that gives +2% cast speed. 2% means 0.98 cast speed, the stats window will display 1.0 cast speed but in green font (a sign the stat is enchanced). The cast speed is reduced to 0.XY but since the stat window does not display the hundredth decimal and it rounds off to show the nearest tenths.
