cannot play the game

2. already close firewall and anti-virus
3. I already restart my pc but can't help
4. window 7 64 bit
5. I use laptop and spec are
CPU Intel Core i7-2630QM Memory 4 GB DDR3
Graphic Card nVidia GeForce GT 550M (2 GB GDDR3)
