Hello, i'm new to the whole High-rate thing and seeing as how you can hit 30 in little as 15 - 20 minutes, how do i go about getting Gear and what not? people say i should get a mentor but i've been unable to find one competent enough to do anything at all

After hitting level 60 which can be easily done by completing campaign quests if you couldn't find a mentor then start leveling up your crafting skills especially Alchemy and Cooking. These two crafting skills are the most needed ones if you don't want to end up spending fortune in consumables. It's also a good source of Kinah.

Participate in sieges if there happens to have some alliance planning to do so to earn Mithril Medals. Do Coliseum Arena as well. It's probably right now the best source of starting gear. All you have to do is get Arena Tickets, go to the arena whenever they're open. You lose or win won't matter, you'll still get reward (Crucible & Courage Insignias) which you can use to purchase PvP gear or you could sell them as well.

Start voting for the server. Make sure to follow the proper way of voting if you don't want your time wasted because if you don't, you won't get credits.

Were you running your retail server in x64 bit? Are you using the same Graphic Settings between them? What is your current FPS and how far does it drop?

Graphical settings are the same for both retail and Gamezaion, x32 color. Retail in the city i get a good 120 - 130, everywhere else is about 115 - 126, as for Gamezaion it spikes from 120 for a second and hits back down to 40 - 50 no matter where i go. in Gamez i even lowered the graphical settings as low as they can go and i still get the same results here.

Okay, I'm not the techno pro here, but would you mind checking back on the retail version real quick to see if you still have a steady frame rate? Just don't wanna rule out a freak PC error during the switchover.

    Yup, still the steady frame-rate.
