    Block has no cap.

    Though there is a cap on block chance =p

    block has a 50% max chance to block. Block has no cap but it is useless to get it over 500 above your enemy's accuracy so say someone has 2500 accuracy (most glads) the most you would need to block with the max chance is 3000.
