No Abyss Points?

I read that this server was 10x abyss points yes? Well for Elyos I was doing the Abyss Entry quests you get at 25. 3/4 of them are supposed to give 250 Abyss points when completed. The problem is that I have apparently only had 2500 total so far. I am on the fourth quest to fly through the rings right now, and all three quests before that were each supposed to give 250 abyss points.

So I should have gotten a total of 7500 right? I did the first one, and once it gave me my points I went and bought shoulders for 1500. Then I went on and did the second, and then the third quests. Now I checked, and I have 1000 points right now. So... apparently the second and third ones didn't give me the points they were supposed to?

I'm new to Aion in general so... is there some sort of cap keeping you from earning more than so much Abyss points every so often?

 

might just be bugged quest reward boost. dont worry about this at all. hitting lvl 60 takes you about 3-4 hours max and when you pvp the AP piles up very fast (people get several 100 thousand in an hour of pvping). so yea dont worry at all, you will have plenty of AP to spend

i would recommend not wasting AP on low level pvp gear, you will outlevel it in 15 minutes at most. save it for stigmas (if you are on lumiel) or higher level armors/weapons/acc/consumables

btw balaurea mobs later on will give AP even in pve, so will many instances

 

Why AP for Stigmas!? You can buy the greater Stigmas for 4-10k Kinah each ö.Ö just check out the Kaisinel Cloister and go to your Class Merchant then press "Stigma" theire u have every Stigma for Kinah in it even the advanced stigmas what u normaly only can buy for Abyss Points

Ah, I see. Well I really just like how the gear looks lol.

I am used to playing World of Warcraft and compared to Aion... the gear is just plain horribly boring. Even the starter gear would be nice to have in WoW.

 

there is lots of good looking gear at higher levels + u can always get high lvl, get AP from pvping (super fast AP gain) and then go back to buy the lower level armor as a skin

aion allows you to remodel any armor to look like any other. if u run into people in a skin u like just ask them what it is and where to get it

 

I tried to use the remodel and it said I had to be level 10 to do it. I was 18 at the time...

I was actually wondering, are the character creation sets actually in the game? Because the Elyos female cleric set is my favorite by far if so.

 

Yea u really can gain AP really fast, when u start with abg gear its good for fast rank up, i changed now to hac and made 95 kills in 4 hours and 1.5m ap so its really easy to get AP in here but you loose alot when u're 4-star :s

 

One important thing that hampers my ability to earn AP...

I suck at PvP.

I am having trouble leveling actually.

I mean I can't complain considering the speed, but I am having trouble picking which quests I should be doing. '

I also can't choose between characters xD I keep switching between my Cleric and SM.
