    well... if its sold on NPc's its not that rare anymore now is it? o_O
    and like they said.. each player can only carry 10b max. only the WH can hold more than that.

    If only! NCsoft got obsessed with those 2 conditionings in specific, there are earrings, greatswords, etc. with those WoC2 conditionings, but not a single conditioning with casting or movement speed. NCfail....

    The problem is, for example sorc has an op damage if you put more casting speed they will be basically become a god. Maybe for me if they reduce their damage with the ratio similar to the damage of the other class it maybe possible.
