    u cant, server transfers have been disabled coz they got really bugged with 3.7. ull have to wait

    If you mean from Lumiel to Siel or vice versa then right now you can't.

    Player Transfer Service is currently broken. No ETA yet as to when it's gonna be back and fully working again.
