Latest Aion 4.0 expansion introduced a new kind of skill into the game – an accumulating skills. Simply said: the longer you charge / cast the skill the more powerful effect it will have. This new type of skills will allow players to adjust the tempo/power of the skill depending on the situation and the need and provide more flexible playstyle.

P.S. I just accidentally found this when i try to search for new abyss/pvp gear in 4.0 i find it more interesting =)

no accumulating skills for bard but for sure bard has OP skills,.

 

Bards actually does have accumlating skills. When Daevareport created that page, Bards had yet to be released.

 

in 4.0 there is eternal pvp set which is Archon Governor. i will link this if there's some players who doesn't know about coming soon gear ..

 

Beritra Set
Dragon Lord Beritra is the Lord of Darkness and Chaos. In 4.0 players will be able to get item series insipred by Beritra! I must admit it looks bad-ass (You can also see “Gunner” and “Bard” versions of this set – yes, these class set will have different apperance tho they wear cloth and leather like other “old” classes).



New Abyss (PvP) items
Aion 4.0 will introduce new 65 lvl Abyss items series, which can be bought with the use of Abyss Points and new kind of medals – Ceramium Medals. This is concept art of new Guardian / Archon Governor Set!


New special crafting gear
In 4.0 crafters will have theirs hands full with work. They will be able to add special meterials to “normal” craft to create a special items (for example with pvp stats!)


End-game PvE gear
This is a concept art of “Hyperion” series from end-game PvE instance “Katalamize”. But it won’t be easy to get it

Special items series
In every update we can expect special and unique themed items series, in Aion 4.0 players will be able to get “Steel Rose Pirate Set” (from the solo/group instance “Steel Rose”) and “Ancient Katalam” sets.





P.S. the title is concept art it means not officially been available but i dont know if its already in K-server. it was posted dated December 2012.

was kinda disappointed when i first heard that the new sorc charge skill was gonna be sleep but man sorc will finally be able to sleep people for full 20 secs and not only the lame 5 secs, might be actually cool...

 

i have to remove the sroll/pots from my skill bar

if i want to put more skills there, in siel ;/

Well HAC gear is kinda a P server thing atm retail is still rolling ACD. They do look sweet though.

 

Can gamez modify the requirement of the governor sets? soo everybody would enjoy a gear like that or i might reroll to ranger for fast ranking tehehehee..

for me im not longing about the 4.0 updates im expecting this mybe 7-10 months will get implemented in gamez, its just my opinion though XD
