    I'm trying to finish [The ruins of roah] but the npc is in library and i cant enter yet, so i did the quest [secret library access] but spatalos won't give me recommendation, what will i do to give me recommendations thing, do i need to finish all campain quest in verteron? or just some? i'm kinda stuck lol.

    You need to do the campaign quest for the following:

    Source Of The Pollution
    Refreshing The Springs
    Something In The Water
    Lepharist Poison Research

    But unfortunately the Synthesis Researcher Twisk mob(under Lepharist Poison Research campaign quest) cannot be found. I guess it's bug. She's the one holding an important item to continue the quest.
