GM Please help... My account got hack

GM i lost my ACD Jacket after i got dc...after few hour i logout the game to get some sleep when i login back i lost all my GEAR..please help me

yea.. he take all my gear from all chrecter

 

you account cant be hacked, admins can check trade logs to see who took your gear but you must have shared your account information, or entered your account information in a 3rd party scam web page that steals account. More details on the situation are going to be needed.

1. What happened when your first item dissappeared
2. Did you give your account information away to anyone claiming to be a gm or admin
3. Did you enter your information into any pages that you were told to go to for new vote rewards( a new gamez scam going around)
4. Do you have any screen shots/Receipts from donations/any other proof.

 

Unfortunately, your account is your own responsibility. There is nothing in the scenario that we are able to do to help. Our server rules and regulations can be found HERE

And I do believe that its absolutely terrible, and honestly speaking I wish I had access to be able to help. Unfortunately, I don't have such access.

Though, as with that being. Accounts are secure until you happen to share your information which does void any and all responsibility we may have in dealing with such occurrences of items vanishing.

1) Giving account information to a friend / family member
2) Entering account information outside of GamezAion / GamezMu / GamezTera /.com(s)
3) Attempting to use unapproved third party programs to 'enhance' game play.\
4) Playing in an unsafe environment (i.e. Net Cafe)
5) Leaving your account logged in at any time while you are not in front of the screen for anyone else to happen and utilize your account / characters.

In each and any of these instances, as well as in general account security is the responsibility of the user and holder of said account, and information. As such, you being the authenticator and authorized users of your account are responsible for any and all actions taken there on.

This includes,

1) Account Theft (Sharing / Losing Proprietary Sole access to your account)
2) Actions taken on said account (Hacking, Bug Abuse, Advertising, Impersonation, etc.)
3) Any violations of current server Rule Set
4) Item loss, and or Theft (Scamming) unrelated to server related issues. (i.e. Crashing, Server roll back due to lag / crash, Server bugs, [Proof required would be requested])

In any and all cases, as the 'owner' of the account, you are inherently responsible for the account and all things contained with-in, and done on said account while it is logged into game. Be them by your actions or those of another person(s).
