Newbie Question: Siel or Lumiel?

I'm new in this game. And currently downloading the game. Just want to ask...
What server is best for a newbie like me to start?

Siel: Much Zergie, much Populated, more pvp
Lumiel: Less Zergie, less Populated, good pvp

Can i Ask what is Zergie?
How about the Stigma? I read the Server Info in the Homepage Siel and Lumiel have different Stigma System. Can I have some info about that?

lumiel is dead...few people there....

 

Zerggy=PvP in mass, too many players in a place.

About the stigmas, Siel is unbalanced as it has all the stigma skills available, Lumiel is retail-like with the stigma system, (you have to choose your skill three).
