    Is not compined, some times the links u get in your memo-pad messing... and sometimes u get that result.... so dont worry he dont have fused weapon

    As Dark Soul said, no such thing is possible. It is a bug from messing around with memo pad and item links, a visual bug at that. If such item were to exist, the Admins could easily find it and delete it, so no worries.
