Voting is 24 hour cooldown now?

    I just tried to vote and it gave me the message I already voted?

    Try again in 645 mins
    That means I have another 10.75 hours to go? I am sure I voted more than 12 hours ago!?

    The site still says "You will receive 10 Credits (Toll) for each Vote every 12 hours"

    Is anyone else having this problem? Or have they changed it so you can only vote once every 24 hours?

    If you share an IP with someone, i think only 1 of you can vote. If this is the case and they already voted, then you will get that message no matter when you voted last.
