    It seems I have forgotten how to get to the outer dock in Sanctum, can anyone give me a clue?

    Yes, just use the teleporting statue that is in front of either the Hall of Prosperity or Library of the Sages.

    Alternatively you can take the long boat ride at the Airship dock, good old 1.5 days xD
