help, having issue proceeding after ascension

Decided to make a new toon, completed all quest in Ishalgen and even ascended however currently stuck and unable to do quest: a ceremony in pandaemonium. Is the quest bugged?..made two toons and same results for both.

quest require me to speak to munin but after click thru all chat window nothing happens. Cant proceed further than that.

Any advice, help, guidance, update is appreciated. search for answer couldnt find anything.

tried simply relogging that character that couldnt do it? i remember in the old days a simple relog made the options show up

 

tired relog, no go...still the same.

 

guess the only option is to let a completely different person try it (getting lvl 9 takes like 5 mins? xD) to see if it is really bugged. if it is, they will have to fix it server side again

its funny how many times ascension got bugged over the years lol
