you know the rifts are still active... its just they don't display on the map since it's linked with the whole quest situation

Just remember where the rifts spawn and you should be able to find it

I spotted the elyos rift to gelk in inggison near the wind stream near soteria sanctuary Just doesn't display on the map and minimap

 

Yes, there's even a rift on Sanctum that will teleport you straight to Pandaemonium. LOL

never hesitate about thats ^^. Even sometimes GM using wrong rifts that leads them straight to go beside me.
