[Guide] Super Rewards Donation Issues

First, if you're looking at this guide Thank You for deciding to support Gamez Aion. You help keep these servers up and are a vital part of this community.

There seem to be many issues receiving your donations in a timely manner using this payment method so I've decided to put a guide up on how to expedite the receipt of credits using Super Rewards.

1) Log-In to Gamezaion.com



2) Click the add item tab.



3) Select Your Server



4) Select your character



5) Click Add



6) Select Super Rewards



7) You'll then click the Get Help tab on the top right corner of super rewards.




8) You should see a list of pending offers. Wait for the offer to report. You'll see clocks next to the offers which are still being reported.




9) Once the pending offer has reported - Next to the one you completed click the question-mark.



10) Continue to the offer inquiry page.



11) Enter a valid E-mail and tell them that you've been charged but have not received your credits and include proof (email confirmation/screenshot).



12) Copy the info at the top of the page which includes time initiated, amount of credits, and the click ID.



13) Paste that info into notepad and submit your inquiry.



14) Create a new email and address it to [email protected]. If that inbox is full try [email protected].Tell him that you've been charged but have not received your credits. Tell him the Click ID/time initiated/amount of credits and include proof that you've been charged (the same proof from your inquiry via their systems).



15) The issue should be resolved shortly afterwards.

For issues with email: paymentsupport@.com with all relevant info/proof.

The Process is almost the exact same - when you look at the website - you'll see a help tab containing all transaction info. It will contain the info you need to submit to their email. Don't forget to also include proof of the transaction (a bank record for instance).

 

does it really necessary to go through the long way from add items to super rewards, other than the donate tab?
