account. already logged in?

i was disconnected while vending .

then now im trying to log in it always say acccount already logged in??? i need help i tried it several times but its still the same.

ok first of all I have had this problem of already logged in for several days now, so its not the server crashed, second i get to the part to choose server and I can't get past it, funny enough I made a donation of 200 dls + to get some abg armor and it couldf not be modified, i can log in with other accounts but not with mine, tried contacting via email and through the forum and my posts either get erased or ignored i wonder whats the story with this. not only that i contacted a GM ingame about a simple question regarding modifying my armor and he/she was not able to help me at all, sol et me express my frustation like this:

1. if many of us contribute money to support the server and its service, why do we get so many crashes?

2; how come noone has contacted me via email?

3 the ventrilo on the webpage doesn't work why have it there?

I personally think I will never see my account again and my items in it so my advise would be for ppl not to donate money because it doesn't really improve the service.

Now if any GM's get to read this and decide to act on it pls do answer my email or whisper me my account is algo051979

1. Theres hundreds of players on one server, so crashes are often...

2. It's best to contact Alente or Albull for help (If you haven't)

3. Ventrillo works, but if you don't have a account made for it you'll only see one channel.
