    as far as i know you have to put in a pic in where u don't have them
    and as for the cause of losing the items it may have been just a bug or you didn't quit the game when the server was down

    Did you store it in your account warehouse? Or did they just vanish from your inventory? They could've been duped too actually, and have been removed from your account.

    Soz but, everyone can take a pic of his items, and sell them, then put the fault on crash to have them back.
