    i forget my acc... password and i try to get it back but it`s failed (i make forget password on the site like 10 times 1day ago and still didn`t recived anything ) , is there another way to get my password agian?!!!

    If you did not use it for 6+ months (website included), then it already got deleted and you will have to make a new one. If it is a yahoo email, those usually bug and you will have to talk to Alente to get it back. You will have to prove that the account is actually yours as well.
