Stuck 'In Use' bar

level 9 scout - whenever click on anything - gathering, quest - like fill a bottle, install a manastone, etc the in use bar moves all the way to the right like normal and then just hangs there on screen, without completeing the task.

If i try to soulbind something I just hang in the air sparklling blue until I move forward, but the soulbind did not take.

Also my experience bar is full at level nine and will not advance no matter how much exp I get.

Logged out and in, quit etc to no avail.

Any help would be appreciated.

 

Server needs to be restarted they are aware of this and your problems will be fixed when they get it restarted.

 

You can't level past 9, unless you finish the ascension quest, which atomatically gets you up to level 20, and on your way into the game.
