Problem

This late in the morning i reported two ashmo gladiator who used animation hack by using spear his animation is unbelievable and one GM/AM who is online name Cantrix or Cantrax i reported it but when i gave the names after 20mins he dont reply and left out. how can we solve this prblem when too many asmo glad abuse usng cheat engine i dont knw in Elyos if there is but in ashmo obviiously has. i hope you can make an action in my appeal coz some am/gm dont give a thing if theres someone who maliciously using cheat..sorry i cant make a video coz our pc & connction is poor..tnx in advance

Your raging would be understandable if you had some screenshots/videos/etc to show us.
If you report someone to an AM, he will obviously take a look on them. We are really grateful to players which are helping us to catch abusers/hackers and so on, but we are not supposed to give out any informations about what exactly is going to happen with the reported player. Cantrix has probably taken a look on them, decided that they were fine and moved on, doing something else to help players (and went off afterwards).
We are not ignoring your reports, or doing any favoritism to any faction, we are just looking at facts.
So please, if you have got any reports or proofs you want to show us, post them in the in-game report section and we will deal with them, but avoid accusing game masters whitout any reason.

 

I will not post here if there's no unusual happen that evening, i just want to contribute to gamezaion reporting people who isn't ff. rules ingame besides its not just me who notice the skill animation using spear, . due to no substantial evidence to push through this issue im anticipating this kind of reply to higher staff. next tym i'll try to provide screen shot. just informing u that many players now using cheat engine in 3.7 hope u caught them.. this is from SIEL Server not lumiel. goodluck

 

Don't take screenshots for animation hack. A recorded gameplay would be a liable evidence.


Probable reason why Cantrix didn't take actions:The gladiator has two-digit ping and uses WOC2 which reduces skill animation.



deathangel maybe an AM in Lumiel but he's still part of the Gamezaion staff. Your post is useless. You don't even have the names of the gladiators whom you're accusing with.

 

Lol. wtf are u talkng man. even in 2 digit ping + Woc2 u cant reduce the detailed skill animation. about the ign there is one guy who actlly ban like "rikoduesannin" (this is not the corrct spellng of his ign) which is hard to remember same this new char i reported. i actually gave the exact ign to Cantrix after a mins i pm him he doesnt reply and logout w/o even replying to me on how the report turn out.

 

Honestly? The ping does not matter much, nor do the wings equipped. If there is a suspected cheater, we take a look at them regardless of what items and or ping they have so that thought is wrong.

The secondary factor here would be, under fair judgement of the characters animation / weave timings (with in attack speed possibilities of course) were they outside the applicable time-frames for those skills and or weave hits. Which would be determined when they AM followed the players around for a while.

If the AM does log out, after some amount of time this does not mean that they did not, follow though on your report it is more simply that most of the time we do not tell the players what it is we found or did not find. If they are still allowed to play the game and are logged in, chances are we did not see what you have claimed at that specific time. Now take note with that being said. It does not mean that suspected players are not cheating, it simply means that we did not see what the reporter has claimed they are doing. (There have been instances in the past where it took us quite a long time to get sufficient evidence to issue a ban on someone, one case took four months before we caught them.)

Also, if you do have complaints against any staff members, you are more than welcome to send your grievance to a Senior member of staff (when in relation to an AM / AMT) those being Myself, Camila, Sileria, Vildiil. If you have any complaints and or issues with a Senior staff member, you should direct your feedback to Alente.

With this, if you are able to capture in-game video it could help, although no-animation hacking is something we take our time reviewing and testing to make sure that we do not make a mistake when issuing a ban for it.
