Siel forgotten armor?

How can i get them? Through quest?how? pls

 

yea some1 told me u have to do some quest...but take time...about 1or 2 mounths dunno from where start quests...maybe some1 else reply about

 

You can get this set by doing Siel's Forgotten Questline.

No. Actually the NPC for the quest to get Sacrifice and Dedicated Curios are located in Sarpan near Kahrun himself. I think you just mistaken the name of the NPC Curio/s in Sanctum. He's unrelated to the questline.
The NPC names are Orn and Pascal. Refer to the screenshot which I took myself:
