problem voting with internet explorer

..hi! i was trying to vote here at the office..i can access the site using Internet Explorer but the problem is after i click on the link back to Gamezaion it doesn't count my vote..this is the only browser i can use here in the office and would really want to vote even when im at work..i always get the "activate ActivX control" thingy every time i try to book..

HELP!
