Why won't Pater appear?

    Got to Pater on "The Quest for Templars" but he never respawns at his spot, I even redid the entire quest over to try and see if he would appear, but still nothing.. could anyone please help?

    Yeah its because he is in a different place. Go south in the canyon from where the guides say he is. Youll find him, I think he is always up.
