Donation Question

First let me say this is a really impressive server and I'm glad to be a part of it. I've made two recent donations (and got the credits! This isn't one of those!) Via paypal, which is an option under super rewards. I did it that way because xharging my card directly would have likely triggered the fraud protection crud and I hate dealing with that. Well, the other day I clicked on the direct method and saw that larger donations get extra credits. Now I'm sure you see where this is going, but I was hoping to receive the bonus credits, which I feel is a fair request. I am not sure if this is the appropriate location to ask this, or if I should have sent an e-mail somewhere, but I am on my phone and searching the forums for more information has been slow and tricky. I greatly appreciate your help.

Would a mod mind letting me know if I'm in the right place? I'm admittedly anxious on getting an answer, but would settle just knowing the gears are turning.

Um, if the option for bonus credits was not present at the time / method you choose to donate with. Then simple answer would be no.

Those would have been processed and put into the visible credit balance upon receipt.

 

Thanks Puddles. I understand, I guess I was hoping that a modification could be made given the $200 donation so I could get the extra 4k creds. Used to Riot and league of legends and these kinds of favors being common.

 

Is funny because i have make 2 donation, the first one i receive the point to not fast but in the same day. Yesterday the 31 i made another donation and all ready have pass more than 24hr and i am still waiting to receive my point and to talk to a GM in game is not possible at all no one never answer, what is the problem here !!!!!!!!!
