Cleric help

I have abg chain set and Primal chain set, but idk what to socket on both sets, someone give me advice please

 

Base on my own experience as a Cleric user, MR is really good and very helpful in terms of tanking and lasting long regardless of what class you're against with, this build is very versatile. You can never go wrong with this build whether you go offensive or support type of Cleric. For PvP I'd suggest put the new MR manastone on your ABG, with shield and mace with same build for support (this will give you more than 2k MR). To land your skills to your opponents who also uses MR, I'd suggest to get yourself an NHDE staff and put MACC on it. Switch weapons when the situation calls for it. If you intend to use Primal Set as a secondary set in PvP, you can socket dual manastone with MB and MACC for offensive build then stick to shield and mace with MR although I don't really think Primal is good for PvP. If for PvE only then either full HP or MB for great damage.

 

That's a really helpful tip, thank you. So far I've socketed my abg with MR, So I should socket my shield and mace into MR aswell?
What was that NHDE Staff that you mentioned? Is that a crucible staff?

 

You should socket MR in mace/shield too. Noble horned dragon emperor's staff, or something like that and it's craftable. This NHDE staff is level 55. I suggest you to try and get NHDED which is the better version of NHDE, it's level 60 and has better stats. Good luck!

NHDED is of course better but more costly in the market since it is rare. If he cannot afford the NHDED he can go for NHDE which doesn't have great difference from each other and also cheaper. He can also get the fabled NHDED which is HDED staff. As good as NHDE but the cheapest.

Or if you have time to do Kahrun Quests I'd suggest to do so and collect Kahrun symbols, enough to get yourself the Kahrun Staff. It is good for Clerics too.

 

Actually, wwitch roll do you want to play as cleric ? Full suport, Hybrit or DPS ?

 

I'm a hybrid, Full support bores me but I like soloing every now and then, aswell as group pvp ofc.

 

So hybrith, and in full group you better go full MR yes

 

Hybrid build is no longer viable with the new dual manastones. Going full MR will basically mean that you will not be able to touch just about anyone.(Assuming you're pvping players who actually have good gear). In group situations full support is the only way to go, and thats hard for me to say since Ive always been a hybrid build and just finally came down to needing to be full support due to the amount of damage I would take not being full MR. Solo situations (rare as they are) A hybrid build will work but you will need to kite ALOT. With that reasoning For solo I suggest a full offensive build, kill your enemy as fast as possible because others will join up fast.

Also ABG is a good start but the lack of Magic Suppression will get you killed quick should a magic user land skills. (Esp Sorc's with SOF)

 

Pretty much what onrain said ...clerics have been getting kicked in the gonads lately with all these dual manastones and bugged heals...They can no longer afford to go anything but full mr and expect to survive long...now if you where HAC perhaps you could throw in two Pieces MA/MR dual stones but being abg full mr my friend ...that or full MB/MA if that bores you too much...Cleric is a fun class Good luck.
