[Bug] SM Skill not working anymore

Bug Name
Spirit Preserve 1 (Spirit Master Summon Skill)

Bug Description
The skill requires you to summon any spirit in order for the skill be enabled and ready to get used.

How to Reproduce
No mater how many times/spirits I have tried to use nothing happend the skill just goes on cool down and you never get the buff

Will check this out when I get on with my Spiritmaster to see if this happens to everyone.
