Hi, i hope i'm right in this Corner of Forum :3.

Anyways, i got an new Comp with Win8 and DirectX 11. Now Aion says i need an DirectX Version which is older than 2008, which my definitly is :andy: . But i guess to new :3. On my old Win7 i just installed an DirectX 9 and the DirectX Error disappeared and i were able to play. My new Comp won't let me install an older Version, so the Error is still there ._.

    Any Suggestions? Thanks :sideways:

The thing about directx is the versions dont overwrite each other, but complement each other. You can have directx 9, 10 and 11 all at the same time. A program coded on 9 cant see anything newer coz it didnt exist at the time and it is very different.

    get this
    Download DirectX 9.0c (Jun 10) - Download - FileHippo.com
extract, run dxsetup.exe and restart when it is done installing
