I just want to know why..!!!

i am voting my account without playing it .. then every time the credits reach 1.5k i buy a AC access .. then i have complete the 5pcs AC access .. then when Online my char and check the item if its there.. there no AC access.. my shop said that i should buy those access at the black cloud trader shop instead of buying it at the website..

so my question is .. is this bug ? when u buy it in the website?

 

If you bought them through website they get sent through mail. It can also take anywhere from an instant to a day or two from what I hear.

What I did when this happened to me was buy stigma shards in game, and then I got mail right after of all the items I bought through the website.
