we entered in AM and killed last boss, dropped sword, jerkin and wings. leader Mrchipsx (glad) took all. we rolled(type /roll) for wings and i won( 83 got ) and when i said "i won give wings" in 10 sec leader kicked sin who must gt sword and jerkin, ppl had left, only temp stayed and soon leader left and took all drop. hope he will get ban. this is link of picture ======>>>> thif

Erm you guys should learn how to take screenshots. Like you know, actually showing the parts that are relevant (previous agreement, him actually taking the loot, him kicking etc). There is virtually nothing on this one. 2 people left voluntarily and 1 insult. No rolls of any kind.

Stretch the chat window to show as much of the convo as possible, the previous screenshot shows nothing

 

This really isn't enough proof to show us anything other than people leaving an alliance after the boss is dead.

There is no looting being shown so there are no actions we can take.

That, because our Staff is too lazy to simply check the Logs (Whoever has the Permission to), let's be honest now. A Screenshot isn't really needed and you know it. And not just that, the Screenshots could get Edited, the Character Logs, not. Yet, our Staff chooses to give certain Punishments to Players, based on just Screenshots.

So please, tell the Staff to learn how to Deal with such Issues before you tell a Player who got Scammed to learn how to take Screenshots.

its not that easy to edit screenshots, when its chat it shows pretty easily (unless they put that massive frame around text which gms dont accept anyway). it saves a lot of time coz tbh digging through logs is pretty time consuming and considering how many abusers there r on this server ud have more new abusers coming in than getting banned. besides, not even sure all gms can access logs

 

I agree that the volume of proof that needs to be provided is a little excessive. In this case in order to be conclusive, you'd need to have screenshots of:

1. the part of the conversation where people said it was class roll , not free for all
2. The leader taking all the items
3. The original roll
4. The leader kicking roll winners from the raid
5. The leader rolling 10x to get 93

And if any of the above was edited, then forget the whole thing - the people that got scammed get screwed and the scammers walk away laughing. If it was upto me, if there is even 25% proof to support the accusation, ban the person. If the banned person appeals (which < 25% would be stupid enough to do if they were guilty) check the logs.

This isn't real life and it's shouldn't be innocent until proven guilty without reasonable doubt. Scammers should not be getting off on technicalities because they weren't properly read their Miranda Rights.

 

semms to be a fashion this asholes recruit you to help him kill the boss...and when drop come he kick all members to cant do prints with the chat.... and after loot all and go....and escape from punishment am's cant ban them cuze when you are kicked you cant print in group details!almost all are scams and do this cuze know escape from ban.....dont go with strangers you dont know it....a friend of mine wass ninjalooted third times after vasharti dead everytime other strangers....lose many items like this..cuze people are garbage...sick.....maybe someoane from staff have and ideea and do something in this way....cuze are too many scams!

 

Next time Sir, dont join to any other group with players you dont trust at all. The first time he was ninja looted is enough to be a lesson, but he keeps on doing it, so it is his fault, if your doing instances all the time, you can create your own, so everything will be safer. I do Boss run sometimes with my friends when I need Kinah and sell them to the broker, so theres on error on us we share every loot we gain from boss.

theres nothing we can do about that ninjaloot issue, a player can transfer the items and delete the char and create again.
