gamez aion game

hi guys i use to play a few months back, my chars and all are still active i went to download aion thru nssoft and play it with the gamezaion downloaded and all and it dosnt launch it trys to launch and dosent end up lauching at all so i dont know what to do, help? ideas? kick them to me please i would love to get back into this game. my comps is a toshiba satilite laptop, can handle the game iam awear, havnt played it on this laptop so i dont know whats stoping it, virus soft wear is shut off even when i try to play and it wont launch the game

 

would need more details about what exactly it is doing. you mean you click the start button in the gamezaion launcher and it does nothing? keep your task manager open and see if aion.bin pops up in the processes list, even if only for a few seconds. btw avast and iobit malware fighter are known to kill the aion.bin process so make sure those are off for the sake of testing it.

another frequent issue is directx. sometimes it tells u, sometimes it doesnt, but u need it anyway

extract, run dxsetup.exe and restart ur pc when done installing

i would also try run retail through the ncsoft launcher as that tends to be more specific and sometimes fixes the issue too

 

i tryed what u sudjested and still dosnt work, yes i click the start and it gose poof and in the task manager it pops up for a sec then poof gone again,, all virus protections are off

i belive i found the problem on one of ur error posts for errors on the game one of them is windows 8 cant play it :S i have windows 8 so i guess i cant D=

 

maby i read the windows 8 thing wrong lol, but every time i try to laucn it it shows aion as trying to launch in the task menu then after a second or so its gone, all my virus softwears are shut off right now

totally different issue. windows 8 can play it and there is a fix for it, but even win 8 people can get at least to login screen, u cant even do that so the issue is elsewhere.

 

alright i can get to login now, but it says server not avalible to some authentication servers somthing like that i have tryed to re installing gamez aion but did not fix it.
