    Characters deleted? and premium gone?

    hello, so here's my problem
    I managed to a password reset but my high level characters are no longer on the account along with my premium, my username was dark260 to login. Was their a character wipe at some point? I played back in 2010. I had an asmo called darkmagee that was max level.

    As far as I know most characters (and accounts) are deleted if the account is inactive for 6 months or more (not logging into game or website). No idea why your account would be there but characters not. Welcome back

    If you know your email maybe some of the SAMs might be able to help you. But if you didn't log on site/ingame for more than 6 months I've heard that accounts get auto-deleted. Idk if thats still the case but yea you'll need an answer from a staff member.

    yeah i think it got deleted and i made another one under the same email but its my character that i want back.

    Easy way you can check if the acc got deleted is by trying to create another acc with the same name. If it lets you, bad. If it doesn't, there might still be hope. =)
