    Where i can buy motion ? I know that somewhere in pandaemonium selling them ... But i dont know the name of NPC .. can u tell me the name ?

    Just type /where Seriphim it will give you the location of the npc :3
    and oh anyway its in Pandaemonium's Apellbine Tavern

    You can buy the motions or the missing emotes at Apellbine Tavern. The name of the NPC is Seriphim. Try locating it with the Map searcher, type the NPC's name and you got it. :)
