Items disappear :'(

Strange things happen on my account. My belt and my shoulders from my inventory/profile disappeared before about 2-3 days. Here I didn't think something special because I thought that they are in my warehouse or something. But they weren't, and today I was in the Tiama Eye with friends as the following happened. We have hunted Asmos and I made a small break. After that, I notice that my power shards are gone. All of them, so like 4k?! I don't mind much about that everything, because these are small items which i can buy again, but I'm afraid that it will happen a third time and I lose my gear or so! >.<

And I don't think thats very normal that items disappear without any reason! Can someone check thats the reason for that is?

 

Did you check your inventory from the website?
Also try relogging multiple times.

 

I'd suggest to take a video/screenshot of your items now just in case things get worse than this. And yes, try checking your characters' inventory via website.
