Black Cloud Traders mail problem cant open mail...

    I spend 6k credit point for 2 hac weapons, and i did it offline on website. But when ingame courier has arrived and i try to open those 2 mail ... they are in KOREAN(or china,japan) letters , and when i click on them theres nothing. No reaction. friend send me a express mail and its all the same, only korean letters. GM PLEASE check it ...ive donate for those weapons ;]

    The fact is that edited screenshots aren't allowed, but yea, I saw your video and weird, haven't got this bug so far, hope they help you :/

    Well, I would suggest first trying to get the items from a normal mailbox instead of using the express option.
