hacked.

someone hacked my account ... i just logged in my account on the other cafe.. and when i check my items today at website.. my abg set plate and woc lvl 1 and full abg acc and ac greatsword is gone.. and my 1500 credits is gone.. they used it for vip to trade my items on other account or they mailed it... ive change it my password like 4 times cuz.. i notice someone is using my account... gms/staff can u trace him wer did he trade or mail all of my items? account name: audikid (siel) characters: kulafo,ghostspells,wisegurl and sukkoka.

 

since you got hack...gm or am will not do anything for this case...its your personal account and your taken care of that and its your responsibility.. closed thread

All of you talk like you know what the AM/SAM would decide. Sure it's his responsibility but what if he actually did get hacked or something? You talk as if you know what they're gonna do about it. "Eat potato you'll sleep", "Omg idk what I would do i prolly wont sleep if this happens to me". Havin a laugh much?Off topic much? Why don't ya put yourselves in his shoes first you *******s.

 

Odd how, there are so many 'spamish / off topics' here. I am being nice by not issuing warnings and infractions for them, just removing the posts themselves. So please do stay on topic it is a good thing you know. If you want to just have random banter and stuff we do have sections for it, two being General Discussion and Hot Spam.

As for the OP, I am sorry there really is nothing that we would be able to do for you as your account in the end is your responsibility. As you have stated, you were playing in what we would classify as an unsafe environment. That being, a net cafe (while no one holds it against you), the computers used in such facilities are not under your direct supervision at all times and or with in your ability to maintain security of.

With those, there is always the possibility of someone installing a keylogger to any machine, and or the use of third party software or scam sites not affiliated with Gamez Network. (GamezNetwork.com, GamezAion.com, GamezMu.com, GamezTera.com). While I would love to be able to help you with this as would any of us, our hands are somewhat tied.
