Apparently you have to fail to login like 3 times before you get taken here. Already pointed out multiple times how *insert a favorite insult* and counter intuitive this is and how they should just put a forgotten password link like virtually every other website on the internet has, but nobody listens.

Hey, it's an old thread but i don't want to make new one. And my problem is similar. I have an account that i haven't used in a long time (more than 3 months) and i can't remember my password. So naturally i go to forgotten password and type my e-mail, and then the massage pops-up that a mail has been sent and to confirm my account, so i go to the site (mail.bg) and go in my mail but no e-mail from gamez has been sent. Ok no surprise so far i don't expect it right away so i wait...and wait...and wait some more. About 1 week has passed and still no mail. I make a new account and try to recover it's password, no problem at all i got the mail right away and get my new password. The most logical conclusion ofcourse would be that my old account got corrupted/deleted or somthing like that, but i have few reasons to think that's not the case. First when i try to type in some of my other e mails that i haven't used for an account here in gamez aion and i got massage that the e mail doesn't exist, but when i type the e mail i know i used for my account i get green massage that i have been sent a mail. Second when i go into charachter creation and i type the name of my old char it says that it is used and i doubt someone would have used the same name but if he did it's Tuhlata. So if someone does have such name please write a coment here.
