Help installing aion ?

Ok so here it is my friend is having a hard time installing Gamez and I have no idea why he says every time he tries to install Aion with the NcSoft Launcher this happens

^^ yey now i get the same problem.

 

NCSoft launcher is down atm, you can enter it on your computer as well and see what is your friend's problem. im having the same problem too..

 

Is he downloading the "NA" version ?

 

he downloaded the one that is in the website ~.~

 

Try running it as an Administrator and see if it helps.

 

Perhaps their server "is" down then. Have to check later and see if it comes back up. But make sure you get the "NA" (North America) version and the same for the updates

 

he installed the aion before he had some problems and he uninstalled it,etc...

Chances are, their servers are down. When patching to 2.0, I noticed this numerous times happening. I guess they are getting overloaded at the moment. Try again later, or just find a mirror torrent or file to download of the 1.9.3 version, hopefully from a trusted source
