Meh this down sucks I lost like tons of dresses with this crap that i though it was fixed and still nothing, my question is i have proofs that i remodeled the dress and it disappeared (full non cut SS i can send to the am-gm that is willing to help) can I get it back ? or its not possible?and please fix this crap -.-

yes i lost tons of rare crap too-.- but this is still bugged and not everyone is supposed to be vip to trade us what we actually need, i just lost stuff i traded for it and even the trade i freakin made so i think since i have the proof they could help

I have heard about this a lot. They won't return you the items back as far as I know, so obviously there can't be done anything unless the bug is fixed. I'm sorry Vero :\

 

meh its actually possible to get the item back but hard since it is a item from the actual store and not from a special one and im kinda tired of loosing my remos cuz of some bug that isnt fixed

Everyone had the proof, but did they get the items back? No. You can even ask Merar, I remember he made a thread about losing the "legion" shield. I don't think he ever got it back.

 

I say if you got the proof give it back. If not then thats just.... meh one reasons i stopped playin for a while " bugs "

She lost an item because a bug, she got the proof, the more reasonable is giving it back. Let's just wait for an answer and not an "I don't think".

The screenies are inconclusive.

Seeing how, you could have simply changed out the item and put it into your inventory, which is not showing. Also, while it does show that yes you did apply some form of remodel. You are not showing the actually character itself.

To do anything for these issues you would need a video showing the fact that you did remodel the item with the one you are claiming as well as your inventory itself.

I am sorry but there isn't anything that we can really do to replace the remodel due to the inconclusive proof as to what you actually used for a remodel, lack of character model, lack of inventory being shown.
