Donation failed

Im new in this server and aion to and i decided thats a good game and i donated 2x 10 euros pers handy but i dont got anything i donated 2hours before this post and i dont have any cash i was want to ask its normal that i have to wait so long or there is a problem?

 

The first time it can take up to 48 hours. After that they seem to just get added to your account instantly. Atleast that's how it works for me. Be patient, they will get there just not instantly. It also depends which payment method you used =)

 

Via SMS or Paypal? What method did you use?

 

I donated with sms method, and thx meanz i will wait for it !

 

The SMS ones should be faster I think. You got the confirmation message and everything after you send the text?

 

yeah they confirmed it .. i was think about to that it can take some time but so much time on a donation thats first time cause of it i was think i dont get anything ^^
