anyone plss help me

    im new here i have lvl 30 character and i bought lvl 30 wings already! the thing is i can't use my wing inside pandaemonium castle and outside towns. is there any quest for me to use my wing? i really want to use it how can i battle while flying if i can't use it :sad:

    and another thing is i saw lots of lvl 9 players who already had wings how come they can used it even if they are lvl9!!

    HELP ME PLSS!!!
