problem NPC/problema con un mendigo NPC

I have a problem with a NPC called Aithra, a Priest in Sanctum. Do not let me continue with a quest, to talk to her just ask me devanation weapons and I not get the option of the quest. I wonder how I could solve this problem, if I have to reboot the quest.
Obviously I've tried restarting the game or application.

Tengo un problema con un NPC, se llama Aithra, una Priest en Sanctum. No me deja continuar con una quest, al hablar con ella solo me pregunta sobre armas devanation y no me sale la opción de la quest. Quisiera saber como podría solucionar este problema aunque tenga que reiniciar la quest.
Obviamente ya he intentado reiniciando el juego o aplicación.
