Quest Missing

Hi guys I was leveling my Elyos Char today and I noticed this major problem:

1)The first time I went to Reshanta (Lv 30) the quest Governor's Directive didn't show up as usual...
2)At lv 50 when you are in Sanctum you are supposed to receive the other quest Lavirinto's Call ( in order to go to Ingisson)

I reached lv 60 but due to the fact that these 2 quest were missing I can't do Ingisson quests and I can't receive arena tickets in Kaisiniel's Academy.

I'm so sad about this T_T Is this a known bug? Today I whispered Gryffin (alias SirJospeh here in Forum) but I didn't thought that this was going to be such a mess!

Can you suggest something? (I'm thinking about deleting this char >,< Hate this option 'cause she looks so cutie!)

dailly quest for kahrun symbol is also missing (NPC : Betios in sarpan Capitol),but wait...all quest in ncp near kahrun is missing,quest for daevanion armor ( by start talking to kahrun ) is also missing,kahrun only give Shaby Ring,but no Quest comes up
