[BUG] Skin lost

As is shown in the pictures i got tahabata spear remodel on an ABG spear and when i remodeled that to my DDL spear it got ABG look remodel, please if i can get the Tahabata spear again since i traded items for it. Thanks in advance inched:

 

That what happen also to my Abg hat remo with nccc. When i remo it to my ACC Hat i've got the remo of the ABG Hat and not the NCC.

 

idk whats wrong but I did remodel whole set and weapon today with things that were on low level gear, it was bugged before but devs were informed and as far as I know it is fine now.

 

Yes i got informed to take SC just in case becouse some friends happened the same, so i have proof that i already had it

Can't be fine becouse it just happened to me T_T so many time trying to get tahabata spear remo and this happens my luck sucks haha

Any way to get my tahabata spear back? >.<

It happened to me 2 days ago, while remodelling my WOC1 on reian wings which have been remodelled on noble operative. ofc I lost NO skin.... and woc1 became like reian -.-"""""""""""""".
I just bought snowflake skin remodelled on mercenary shield for 950kk ish kinah on broker, and since i dont want to lose the skin and to waste the kinah ive spent for it, i wanna know if remodelling works or not

 

Another newest posts have been answered by AM's /GM's and still nothing with my problem , i won't get my taha spear back?

This remo bug is becoming very frustrating for everyone especially the staff. So many players with the same issue.
