Transferiment

Hello all guys and girls.. I have a problem with transferiment ... I use 1500 credit for transfer my char in siel and say me this for 2 days " You have an active player transfer ! " What i must to do ? I must wait restart server maybe ??? thx for help !!

 

You have to report that to a staff member and yep, wait for a server restart, I suppose.

 

Ok thx now i wait the restart server and after i will see what happening

 

It is most likely that the transfer failed. No need to wait for server restart. Forwarding this thread to the higher staffs to have your credits refunded. Make sure the next time you try, be certain to follow carefully the instructions given. Leave enough free spaces in your inventory and warehouse. And make sure to be offline when you do the transfer.

Yap. D: Anyway last time this happened to me.. I got my credits refunded but tried several times and still the same. So I had to wait for a restart x) Then it worked..

 

Guys is it possible to transfer races''?? Like asmo to elyos ... Elyos to asmo'?? ヾ(＠⌒ー⌒＠)ノ

 

The only way to do so is to use the player transfer service.

As of current, there are no failed transfers to refund.

A good note would be to leave 2 - 3 rows of character warehouse open, along with 1 - 2 rows of character inventory open. (Also take into account phantom spots due to the Special Cube).
