Character has no level

Character has no level and freeze at server selection

I can log into the game, but I get stuck on the select server screen after I select [West]Siel.

I then log into my account control panel on the gamezion website, and on http/gamezaion.com/index.php?page=mychars

I see that one of my characters has no level (it was level 55). BUT all other characters have a level. Is this why I can't get to character selection screen?

Now that I'm looking at it more, the other issue is that my ranger somehow became level 25 when it was level 55. The other characters I created shouldn't have 33 or 25 either. Some of them are brand new characters and should be level 1.

Another thing is that my game client crashed last night (it crashes a lot), and the last character I was on was that sorc without level.

Also I have tried logging in to my account from my husband's computer, and he cannot log into it either. It just gets stuck at the server select screen and never gets to character select screen. He can log into his account fine.

One additional interesting tidbit... I tried to log in earlier, and it hangs at the server select screen. Then after watching a movie, which is several hours later, I try to log in again, and it says "You are still logged in." So maybe the server thinks that my character is permanently logged in or something...

My account is still bugged. I hope the admins can look into this.

Can the items on a deleted character be restored? She had 10billion and full +15 sorceror armor and weapon. I had just sold 2k credits to get some gold, got some items, then the character bugged. inched:

 

Apparently I'm not the only one with this issue. At this point I am not sure what is going on, because it's not just one character that is weird.

Hey hopes, acctualy I remember it was lik 2-3 days ago it was this war thing at eas shard at reshanta, i was in a party with some1 with out a lvl and name... it kinda freaked me out for a sec, but further on i even didn't notice it. But I hope u get ur armors back and also chars

Someone mentioned in another thread that a total reboot of the servers might work, I'm guessing including the databases etc. Hopefully that will happen soon.

 

i think karissa and carl are the only ones that can fix thix. u should probably pm them

 

i have the same problem, i pmed them twice already even made a video documentary of what i am experiencing but still no reply from them or even a simple look on my thread only AMs are checking out my thread...

 

I know that Alente forwarded this issue onto Carl so he should know about it. But maybe they don't have a solution yet.

 

I am still having this issue. Can someone take a look into this?
