    That could be 1 of 2 things, either you are missing directx 9.0c or you have a screwed up bin32 folder with incompatible/missing files

    get this
    Download DirectX 9.0c (Jun 10) - Download - FileHippo.com
    extract it, run dxsetup.exe, restart your pc when done

    if that didnt help, run ncsoft launcher, right click aion and repair the client

    where should i extract direct x?

    about that bin32 folder, i delete it then repair?????
