When do biddings start? does it actually work in this server?

 

As far as I know they got it to work on the dev server, but there are still 2 problems to fix
1. Items disappearing randomly, people would rage too much about this so they wanna fix that first
2. Deciding how to price them

10 K credits??? are you actually suggesting the housing key be a cash shop item??? Please note, im not accusing that you are making that suggestion Just asking... I truly hope it bidding on a house isn't going to cost credits, as it stands the cost of credits is a bit outrageous for a private server, its a pity too, because if the cost of credits were more accessible, the devs/server owners would make far more in volume as more folks would be able to buy them.

 

I'd guess that it would cost around $400-500 for

- full hac armor
- helm
- 5 accessories
- 2 weps
- wings

While it's not cheap, it's not unreasonable by mmo standards. $100 bucks for a house does seem steep though.

 

this would be a dumb thing to do. its would be best to implement the housing as it was intended to be, by the use of kinah.

 

housing is already enabled, palace is priced as 10b.. wondering how the f.. normal houses 12kk for each bid

Btw I wouldnt suggest to bid now, i did it yesterday and today appears that i bided on some old house on some farm

 

Press the locate button on the screen to see where it is located, you can check the location out yourself to see what you are buying. Seems like the logical thing to do xd

 

not so newbie i think .. Bough it behing the nº 7 on sunset coast thing, after buying refreshed and was still there, today came to check and its nº 20 on some farm crap.

I think 100,000 credits for a house would be reasonable. it will be the rich only who possess such thing.
