Donated Via Paypal.

I donated via paypal 10$ and 5$ but I still haven't received my credits yet. How long does it usually take? Can an admin pm me, I can give you the transaction number in the receipt paypal emailed me.

 

You should wait for at least 1 day as far as I know, since you don't receive credits instantly while donating via paypal.

 

paypal took me up to 24 hours.

 

that's long. They should at least put warning that the credits will be delayed. In some games i've played donating usually arrives instantly. Anyways If I had known there's a waiting period should've used another method.

Is there no other way to make the credits arrive faster? Im going on vacation the day after tomorrow and I want to power level my character today and tomorrow.

any GM kind enough to check this out?

 

I used my dad's visa card to donate LOL! And I got credits instantly. I used payment wall as far as I remember.

 

So many players have been complaining about delays when donating. I tested it just last night. If you donate with Debit/Credit card, you receive the credits instantly. If you donate through your phone with a TXT, you receive them instantly again. Now I've never used paypal but donations can take up to 48 hours (Usually only takes long the first time you donate. After that it's faster) If you do not receive them in that time, send a message to admin@gamezaion.com

 

They should atleast warn us before we use paypal because not all of us has the time to wait 24-48hours to receive a product that we pay for. There should be a notice before we donate using paypal.

 

See, we can't put a notice for something that's not certain. Credits might arrive within a hour, or a minute, or they might arrive in 15 hours. It comes down to how fast Paypal processes the information/transaction.

You are not certain that the credits will be received shortly after. Yet you assure people they will receive it.

Can an Admin just check the transaction and just give me my credit? what time do they usually go online or wake up?

Of course you will receive them. No reason not to if you completed the process. And like I said in one of my previous posts: I tested the two most common methods and I received them within the minute.

Top that off, it's true. I received mine within a minute. I consider that quite "shortly after".

 

Yes but it somewhat misleading because of the word "SHORTLY" 1 hour - 3hours is short but 1day i don't think that will classify as short. Anyway Enough about it, I've already paid using paypal and I tried cancelling it but it won't let me. I just need to know what time do the administrators of this private server usually wakes up or go online? I think they have the power to give me the credits I paid for if they are considerate enough to give me some of their time to check the transaction

 

You will have to wait for the credits to arrive. The transaction has been complete from what you say so you will get them. Patience.

 

I know but I would appreciate it if any of the admins can make it quicker. It will really help this server in the long run as well. Giving people the credit they want instantly will entice your players to donate more. But if they are not satisfied the first time around, they will think twice donating for the 2nd time.
